A gold vermeil huggie earring constructed from a continuous row of slightly flattened oval beads that form the full circumference of the hoop. The Riah gives the classic huggie silhouette a textured surface by replacing a smooth tube with individual disc-shaped beads, each one polished and connected to the next. Light moves across each bead as the hoop curves, giving the piece a dimensional quality a smooth huggie wouldn't have. Compact and close-fitting, with the secure hinged clicker closure of a true huggie. Pairs well with plain gold huggies or fine studs for contrast in an ear stack.
