Basic Shipping
Basic shipping is provided by USPS and typically arrives within ten (10) business days. This service is free for orders over $150. Miansai cannot guarantee a delivery date for this service, so do not choose this option if a specific delivery date is required.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping is provided by USPS Priority Mail and typically arrives within three (3) to five (5) business days. This service includes USPS tracking, $100 of insurance coverage, and Saturday delivery at no additional charge, and it can be delivered to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses. Like Basic Shipping, this is a USPS service and does not include a committed delivery date. Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Miansai cannot guarantee a delivery date for this service, so do not choose this option if a specific delivery date is required. If your order must arrive by a particular date, please select one of the UPS options below.
Premium Shipping
Premium Shipping is complimentary on all orders over $500. Miansai offers premium shipping options provided by UPS. Depending on the delivery address, Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air are made available. These services carry the most reliable delivery estimates we offer. Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed and are estimated based off of fulfillment time and estimates provided by the carriers. These dates do not include delays due to weather.
International Shipping
Miansai offers international shipping through Global-e. All orders are shipped from the United States and must pass customs clearance in the destination country, which may affect delivery timing. Applicable duties and taxes are calculated and collected at checkout, so there is nothing further to pay when your order arrives. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.
International Express is provided by DHL and is available to most destinations. This service carries the most reliable delivery estimates we offer for international orders.
ePost is an economy service available to Canada, the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, and the Netherlands. Orders are delivered by the local postal carrier in the destination country. Delivery times vary by destination and are not published for this service. Like our USPS services, ePost does not include a committed delivery date, so do not choose this option if a specific delivery date is required.
