Miansai Limited Warranty
This limited warranty is provided by Miansai Inc., 1800 N. Miami Ave, Miami, FL 33136 ("Miansai"). It extends to the original purchaser only and is not transferable. It applies to products purchased directly from Miansai or from an authorized dealer.
Proof of purchase is required for all claims: your original receipt, or for orders placed directly with Miansai, your order number or the email address used at checkout.
Starting a claim: Begin at returns.miansai.com using the email address from your order, and include a clear photograph of the issue; a photo is usually all we need to process your claim. After the 30-day return window, the portal automatically recognizes your request as a warranty exchange. If the portal cannot locate your order, contact Miansai Support with your order number and photos and we will process your claim by email.
1-Year Limited Warranty: Jewelry
Miansai warrants its jewelry for one (1) year from the date of delivery against manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, including moving parts, plating, adhesives, ropes, leathers, and the stones and settings of our sapphire and pavé jewelry. Pavé jewelry in 14k solid gold is covered by the Lifetime Limited Warranty below.
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost items or components, inclusive of stones.
- Routine wear and tear, including stretching, bending, chain breakage, scratching, and tarnish.
- Water-induced damage.
- Deterioration of plating from oils, perfumes, soaps, lotions, pools, hot tubs, or other external agents. Plating issues that appear within the first 30 days of delivery qualify for a free exchange under our Return Policy.
- Damage from incorrect storage.
- Damage from accident, misuse, or abuse, such as crushing, impact, or damage caused by pets.
- Modifications, customizations, or repairs performed by anyone other than Miansai.
How to claim: Start all warranty claims at returns.miansai.com. Please include a photograph of the issue with your claim. For monogrammed, customized, or final sale items, or any questions, contact Miansai Support.
For purchases made through authorized dealers, please request an exchange or replacement through the retailer first. If the style is discontinued or the retailer cannot assist, contact Miansai Support with your dealer receipt and a photograph of the issue.
Lifetime Limited Warranty: 14k Solid Gold Fine Jewelry
Miansai warrants its 14k solid gold fine jewelry, including pavé stones and their settings, against manufacturing defects for the lifetime of the product, subject to the terms of this policy. Pavé and stone-set jewelry in other metals is covered by the 1-Year Limited Warranty above.
This warranty does not cover:
- Lost items or components, inclusive of stones.
- Routine wear and tear.
- Damage from accident, misuse, or abuse.
- Modifications, customizations, or repairs performed by anyone other than Miansai.
All repairs under this warranty must be performed by Miansai; replacement items are not provided. Miansai provides complimentary standard ground return shipping on all covered repairs. Lost stones are not covered; however, if a stone has fallen out and you have retained it, we will reset it free of charge.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Watches
Miansai warrants its watches for one (1) year from the date of delivery against defects in materials and workmanship, excluding the strap, clasp, and battery.
This warranty does not cover:
- Routine wear and tear.
- Lost items or components.
- Damage from water exposure beyond the model's stated water resistance rating.
- Damage from accident, misuse, or abuse.
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Miansai. Any opening of the case or tampering with the movement voids this warranty.

1-Year Limited Warranty: Leather Goods
Miansai warrants its leather goods for one (1) year from the date of delivery, covering all hardware, stitching, and straps.
This warranty does not cover:
- Routine wear and tear.
- Cosmetic damage such as cuts, stains, discoloration, or scrapes.
- Lost items or components.
- Damage from accident, misuse, or abuse.
- Modifications or repairs performed by anyone other than Miansai.

General Terms
Exclusions applying to all warranties: Items purchased from archive sales, sample sales, off-price channels, or at markdown are not covered. Items purchased from unauthorized resellers are not covered.
Remedy: Your sole and exclusive remedy under this warranty is replacement of the defective product. Under the Lifetime Limited Warranty, the remedy is repair, as stated above. If a product is no longer available, Miansai will offer a comparable Miansai product of similar value and design, or store credit. Miansai does not offer repair services or sell replacement components (such as stones, screws, or clasps) for items outside the Lifetime Limited Warranty. Repaired or replaced items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period. We aim to respond to all warranty claims within ten (10) business days.
International claims: We are currently unable to ship warranty replacements internationally. Approved international claims are resolved with store credit for the cost of the item. Store credit cannot be combined with discount codes.
Limitation of implied warranties: Any implied warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of the applicable written warranty above. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you.
Limitation of damages: Miansai shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, its products. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
