Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer in the European Union or the European Economic Area (including Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason and without cost beyond the direct cost of returning the goods.
How to Withdraw
- Order delivered or on its way? Use the button above or go to returns.miansai.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout. You will be asked to confirm your withdrawal before it is submitted, and you will receive an automatic confirmation email once it is received.
- Order not shipped yet? Contact Miansai Support with your order number and we will cancel your order before it leaves our facility. You will receive a confirmation email of your cancellation.
- You may also notify us by an unequivocal statement, for example by emailing the completed model withdrawal form below to [email protected]. It is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.
Refunds
If you withdraw, we will refund all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision, using the same means of payment you used. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or you have supplied proof of having sent them, whichever is earliest. You must send the goods back without undue delay and within 14 days of notifying us, and you bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are liable only for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.
Exceptions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to your specifications or clearly personalized, such as monogrammed or custom-made items.
