Withdraw From Your Order

Your 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer in the European Union, the European Economic Area, or the EFTA markets (Norway, Iceland, and Liechtenstein), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the day you (or a third party you designate, other than the carrier) receive the goods, without giving any reason. If the 14th day falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deadline extends to the next working day. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods, as explained under Refunds below.

How to Withdraw

  • Use the button above. Enter your order number and the email or ZIP code used at checkout, select the item(s) you wish to withdraw, and confirm on the final step. This works whether your order has already been delivered, is on its way, or has not shipped yet. You will receive an automatic confirmation email once your request is submitted.
  • Prefer to notify us in writing? You may also withdraw by an unequivocal statement, for example by completing the model withdrawal form below and emailing it to [email protected]. It is sufficient to send your notice before the 14-day period expires.

Refunds

If you withdraw, we will refund the full value of the withdrawn item(s), including the original outbound shipping charge and any duties and taxes, without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision. Refunds are issued using the same means of payment you used for the original transaction.

Return shipping is your responsibility. We will provide you with a prepaid return label, and the cost of that label is deducted from your refund. If the label cost would exceed the value of the returned item, we will instead provide our return address so you can arrange return shipping yourself.
