Placing an Order
Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?
Miansai does not require you to make a purchase on We do encourage you to create an account so that you can track your orders.
Do you offer free shipping?
Miansai offers free shipping within the US for all orders over $75. We do not offer free shipping internationally at this time.
What payment methods are available and is it secure?
Miansai accepts payments through Shopify Payments, Apple Pay, Amazon Pay, PayPal, and for International orders i-Parcel. These are standard secure methods of payments.

How can I use my Gift Card/Discount Code?
During checkout, enter the gift card number in the Gift Card/Discount field.

When will my credit card been charged?
Your credit card will be charged when the order is placed.

How will I know if you received my order?
Upon completion of your order, you will receive an email to the email address provided at the time of placing the order. Please add to your safe sender list to ensure that emails from Miansai do not get sent to Spam.

Do you ship internationally?
Miansai partners with UPS i-Parcel for international shipments. Duties and Taxes are paid at the time of checkout and your order will deliver right to your door.

I'd like to change my order.
Once orders have been confirmed, we are unable to to change the order at this time. We'd be happy to cancel your order so that you may place a new one. Please contact us at with your order number to cancel your order.

I'd like to cancel my order.
If your order has not shipped, please email and we can cancel your order immediately.

Once your order has shipped you cannot cancel your order but you can return your order full a full refund within 30 days as long as the product is unused and in it's original packaging.

Does Miansai offer gift packaging?
Each item is individually packaged in Miansai branded packaging.
Order Shipments
How long until my order ships?
Most orders placed before 9 a.m. EST will ship within one business day. Some hand made items may take up to one week to ship. This will be noted in the Details section of the item page.

I need to change my shipping address.
If you need to change your shipping address, please email us at with the order number and the correct address.

If the order has already shipped via USPS or internationally, we will not be able to reroute your package.

I'm having trouble tracking my order.
You will receive a tracking number for your shipment as soon as your order is packed. It may take a few hours for tracking to become available.

Orders shipped via UPS will have tracking available as soon as the order is picked up by the carrier.

Free Shipping via USPS only tracks the pick up and the delivery of the package.

International orders take up to three business days to reach an exportation consolidation facility before tracking becomes available.

Can I pick up my order in store?
At this time we do not offer in store pickup. Please contact our stores for product availability and they would be happy to hold an item to purchase in store.

I'd like to return my items.
You can return most items for a full refund within 30 days of your order being shipped. We do not accept returns or exchanges on damaged or worn items, items which have been monogrammed, or final sale items.

For international returns, please visit the i-parcel Return Center.

I'd like to return items purchased in a Miansai store or mobile retail outlet.
At this time you can return items purchased in store for credit. Please contact for more details. Please visit the store your items were purchased from to receive a full refund.

I'd like to return items that were not purchased from Miansai.
We do not accept returns or exchanges for items purchased from our retail partners. Please visit the retailer where the items were purchased for return information.

What's the best size for me.
Please refer to the size chart for more information about sizing.
What items can be monogrammed or engraved?
Items that can be monogrammed are noted on the item page with a Monogram check box under the size selector.

Monogrammed items cannot be returned.

We may also be able to monogram other items upon request, so please contact We are unable to monogram items that are plated.

Why do most sterling items have rhodium plating?
We apply a thin layer of rhodium plating on most sterling silver items in order to slow the rate of tarnishing. This layer of plating is intended to come off after some use.
My brass or sterling item has tarnished.
Most brass and sterling silver jewelry will tarnish over time due to wear and environmental issues, including skin acidity and use of perfumes and colognes.

Sterling Silver can be polished using a standard sterling silver polishing cloth.

Our brass jewelry is meant to tarnish over time to provide a patina look. We recommend purchasing polished gold plated or solid gold items if you prefer the polished look that doesn't fade as quickly. Click here for more information on caring for your sterling silver jewelry.

The plating finish is coming off of my item.
Plating naturally fades over time from exposure to oils in the skin and the environment. This fading can take months or years. If your product begins to fade within 30 days of shipment, please go to and we will replace your item. If your item is older than 30 days, please contact us at and we will do our best to accommodate you.

The screw on my cuff is coming loose.
The screw cuff can be come loose over time due to wear and tear.

We will exchange cuffs with loose bars within 30 days of shipment. Please go to to begin the exchange process.

For cuffs older than 30 days, please contact and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Is my rope bracelet safe in the water?
We use 100% maritime-grade nylon rope for our jewelry, which is highly durable and can be worn in any environment. Keep in mind, this will accelerate formation of tarnish on plated metals. To keep your rope clean, simply hand-wash with a mild detergent and warm water.

Is my leather bracelet safe in the water?
As with most leather goods, we do not recommend wearing your leather items in the water.
Can I purchase replacement straps for my hook or anchor?
Yes! You can purchase additional rope and leather straps for your hooks and anchors by emailing Rope can be purchased for $18 and leather can be purchased for $24.

What is the watch warranty?
Your Miansai watch is protected under warranty for a period of 12 months from the original purchase date regardless of where it was purchased, under the terms and conditions of this warranty.

The Miansai watch warranty covers materials and manufacturing defects. This covers all components except the strap, clasp, and battery.

In case of defect, the components will be repaired or replaced at our discretion, free of charge. Please note that any evidence of tampering or opening the watch case will void the warranty.

If the exact model is not available as a replacement, Miansai will work with each customer to find a suitable Miansai watch of equal value and similar style.

A copy of the purchase receipt is required as proof of purchase and to validate this warranty.

Can I purchase replacement watch straps?

Yes! You can purchase additional leather and nylon watch straps by emailing They include a stainless steel watch clasp. Leather straps can be purchased for $85 and nylon straps can be purchased for $55.

Can Miansai replace my battery?
Miansai does not replace watch batteries. Please contact your local watch repair store for replacements.
