Fulfillment
Most MIANSAI orders will ship within two (2) business days of processing, but due to the hand crafted nature of MIANSAI products, some orders can take up to seven (7) business days to fulfill.
Delivery
MIANSAI chooses to use UPS for all domestic and international shipments. All shipping costs are determined by UPS on a service and location basis.
For international shipments, any customs or brokerage fees are to be paid by the customer. These fees are paid directly to the carriers and are not collected by MIANSAI.
For Canada, Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.
Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Tailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD$ 200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD$200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.
Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery.”
Service options reflect the amount of time UPS guarantees delivery of a package after fulfillment by MIANSAI.
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, MIANSAI will gladly exchange your purchase for another item in our store within 30 days of purchase provided the product is not damaged. Returns are for MIANSAI.com store credit only.
Returns and Exchanges on any orders outside the United States will be subject to shipping and duties.
