HOW LONG UNTIL MY ORDER SHIPS?

Most orders will ship within one business day of being placed, unless specified within the item page. All solid gold items are made to order, so please allow up to one week for these items to ship.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY CUFF BECOMES LOOSE?

Regular wear may cause the screw on some of our cuffs to become loose. You may contact us to inquire about purchasing a replacement screw bar for your cuff.

WHY IS THE METAL PLATING FADING?

Plating naturally fades over time from exposure to oils in the skin and the environment. Please contact us to inquire about having the item replaced, but please note this is subject to our Return Policy.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY ROPE BRACELET?

We use 100% maritime-grade nylon rope for our jewelry, which is highly durable and can be worn in any environment. To keep your rope clean, simply hand-wash with a mild detergent and warm water.

HOW DO I MAINTAIN MY SOLID GOLD PIECES?

We proudly handcraft each 14k solid gold piece one-by-one at the time it is ordered. Occasionally using a polishing cloth on your piece is recommended. We also offer a lifetime limited warranty and will repair any solid gold accessory as long as it has no missing pieces.

WHY ARE CUSTOM AND DUTIES SO HIGH?

Customs and duties are determined by the countries which the products are being imported. We have partnered with UPS to help lower the duties and taxes on most international shipments.
